Description of the product:
1. Pre-insert self-undercutting heavy duty anchor bolt
2. Drill a hole at a time with a universal drill.
3. Slightly tap the anchor bolt with a hammer to put it to its effective depth. When fastened with the nut of the anchor bolt by a spanner, the upper and lower self-undercutting positions will cut the bottom in two ways. At two self-undercutting positions, the anchor bolt is fixed on the base material in trapezoid fastening status. At this time, the bolt obtains fastening force in two ways.
4. Grade 8.8 for carbon steel SS A2-70 and A4-70 products are available and anchor bolts manufactured under special requirements can also be supplied.

Installation of pre-insert ( anchor bolt of QAB type)
Step 1. Drill and clear dust
Step 2. Plug in anchor bolt
Step 3. Fix the anchored component part
Step 4. Tighten the anchor bolt screw nut.
