PDC cutter is made of diamond particles and WC substrate through sintering under HTHP situation. The PDC products combine high wear resistance of diamond and impact resistance of carbide. TR series are divided into two parts of TRA and TRC. This two series simulate modeling by finite element analysis system for the product interface structure, pressure and temperature fields. After optimization, the temperature and pressure fields are more equal, the residual stress distribution is more reasonable. We use special raw materials and unique HTHP process, with a variety of performance evaluation tools, to achieve the perfect combination of wear resistance and impact resistance for the products
