Milling End Face Centering Lathe

The milling end face centering lathe is specially designed for processing two ends of auto transmission shaft by our company. It is simultaneously suitable for processing parts with diameter of less than Φ50mm. The unit cutting tool of scraping end surface centering is used to complete once machining. Power heads at both sides and slipway adopt CNC servo control. This kind of lathe has certain flexibility because of convenient adjusting and reliable performance.

1 The lathe adopts casting lathe bed, which has high stiffness, perfect shock absorption and stable operation.

2 Due to servo control system used by the lathe, processing is stable and reliable.

3 The main axis choose Taiwan complete main axis with high accuracy to get high processing accuracy.

4 The headstock is transmitted of constant ratio by main motor without noise and stable operation. Simultaneously users can match imported inverter or main drive to achieve function of infinite speed variation.

5 This lathe has its own coolant which cool the cutting tools down while processing. The use life of cutting tool is prolonged.
