These Sintered Router Bits for Angle Grinder have a 5/8"-11 or M14 female threaded on customer request to fit on any Anger Grinder. They may be run by wet with the water out from the center hole and vents inside the arbor.

Choose from segmented tools for aggressive stock removal or continuous rim for a smoother finish.

Attached with a composite elasticity gasket for vibration-proof is available.

They are great for grinding shapes without bouncing or loosing their shape. They feature 50% up to 80% diamond exposure to ensure you that get the fastest removal rate. We strongly suggest our customer to choose Sintered as POS1, Vacuum Brazed as POS2 and POS3, and then resin polishing wheels as POS4, POS5 and POS6.

They are excellent for fabrication of marble, granite, reinforced fiber composites, hard rubber, hard plastic, carbon fiber composites, glass…

They are the best tools to replace electroplated Router Bits. The life of brazed bit is 5 times than electroplated.

The set of tools consists of 3 metal bonded diamond wheels perfectly matched to 3 resin diamond polishing positions. This makes it possible to obtain the maximum degree of finishing without the need for manual working.

We strongly incline the set of tools consists of 1 sintered metal bonded profile wheel as position 1, 2 Vacuum brazed wheels as position 2 and 3, and then matching to 3 resined polishing wheels as position 4, position 5 and position 6.
