1. WHAT IS OUR ABRASIVE BRUSH FOR STONE?
Our brushes adopt Dupont nylon filaments with silicon carbide grit inside. It has different kinds and grit, could fit in hand grinding machine, industrial polishing lines .step retreading machine and hand-controlled machine and so on to deal with natural stone and artificial stone .With the most fine grit ,the surface can be polished ,get satin result ,and stone natural texture can be appeared .At the same time ,the stone achieve antique look surface and satin repellent ability can be improved .At the same time it could improve the antifouling and skid prevention

2. HOW IS PRINCIPLE OF OUR BRUSH?
When the abrasive brush is using for treating the stone, the silicon carbide grit inside can grind and polish the surface. Because of the flexibility of the filament, under the press, the abrasive filaments can touch, grinding and polishing the all of surface even if the surface is uneven. 4. WHY ADOPT NYLON 612?

11. HOW TO CHOOSE VARIED KINDS OF BRUSH?
Usually ,steel and grit 36# abrasive brush is removing the surface loose and pan stereotypia; grit 46# 60# 80# for grind simply ;120# 180# 240# could polish simply ;320# 500# could polish fine ,to getting the archaized effect. If it is the first time to use the abrasive brush ,should test in each grit ,to choose from it according to the kinds of stone and need

12. HOW TO USE THE ABRASIVE BRUSH RIGHTLY?
Adding water during the grinding . Prevented the high temperature making the filaments changing shape during the filaments friction in high speed .As the sequence of the number of abrasive brush from thick to thin ,the pressure working on the grind should from big to small. It’s logical for the skip .
Reducing the middle step excessively will affect the effect of grinding ,other size it will add the cost .Using the steel brush as possible. The abrasive brush as the first step could reduce the loss for the rough surface to abrasive filaments, extended the life of the abrasive brush.

13. WHY ADOPT LOW DENSITY FILAMENTS?
For the abrasive brush we should talk about three density ,it’s the filaments on the abrasive brush (craft density) the silicon carbide grit in the filaments and nylon density as the silicon carbide (material density).the first and the second density should have the logical ,and not much higher is much better ;and nylon density should have the basic of top quality ,lower the density -reducing the unit weight of the filaments, reducing the cost of material.
