Diamond Wires, Wire Saw Beads

The flexibility of our bead sintering process makes it possible to obtain a large range of products, each of which devised and designed for a particular application. The key factor behind the performances achieved is the "made to measure" proprieties of the beads in direct and aimed relation to the particular application. A bead can be briefly described in structural terms as consisting of a steel base (support) coated with diamond-impregnated metal bond. In researching the optimal use of such tool we have taken as constant point of reference the necessity to obtain a bonding agent specifically suited to the abrasive properties of the materials to be processed and the use of diamond crystals, which are capable of withstanding the harsh working conditions typically encountered.
