Electroplated Diamond Hand Sanding Pads are a strong abrasive product designed to be used for the easy finishing of shapes and areas that are hard to reach with power tools or on the job side with no electrical outlets. Ideal for sanding, rapid stock removal, surface conditioning, touch-up, and repairs on ceramics, stone, granite, marble, glass, composites, and any hard materials, as well as polishing dies and molds.

The new snowflake pattern reduces dust and loading and provides uniform finishes with high efficiency.

The electroplated sanding pad features high quality and stability, long service life, heat resistance and high pressure.

The hand pads have a EVA faom backing which makes them light weight and excellent at conforming to the material being worked. Excellent adaptation to the user's hand.

The grip of the hand pad has a side opening that increases ergonomic for easy touch-up and reduces hand fatigue during use.

Q4. What kind of machines should I use with the dry polishing pad?

A:They can be used with a low speed grinder or variable speed grinder.They are also good to use wet or with a polishing compound. Optimal speed 3,500- 4,000 RPM. Since the pads are backed with velcro you need to have a back up pad that fits your Arbor. We provide all kinds of backing pad that you can buy with the diamond pads.
