Bush hammer on wedge-in plate for Lavina floor grinder are widely used for pulverizing the surface of concrete floor to get aggregate exposure, for texturing and grinding concrete floors to get decorative finish or anti-slip finish or for coating removal. It is an ultra aggressive tool for concrete floor preparation.

High quality carbide tips (teeth) are used to make the hammer, with long service life.
Carbide tips are professional welded onto the roller, extend lifetime of the tool.
The inside of the roller is made of bearing, sleeve, spring washer and filled with grease. The roller always rolls smoothly. Wax is used to seal the roller to prevent dust going into the bearing and stop the roller.
Frame which to hold the roller bolted to Lavina wedge-in plate via 4 stout screws, no break under repeated hitting.
The number and layout of teeth on the roller can be changed. 2 rows of 30 teeth or 3 rows of 45 teeth are both available. And roller can be replaced when carbide tips are used out.
Special wedge-in backing plate fits Lavina grinders perfectly. Sliding in and out from the tool holder easily.
