Powders for diamond tools, IRON-COPPER alloy
S171 iron-bronze-phosphorus cutting powders for diamond tools, segments
All.in.one products are suitable for the production of a wide range of diamond tools, such as beads, cutting segments, polishing tools and fickerts.Using these products, diamond tools can be produced by sintering machines or by free sintering furnaces.Specifically, they sinter at about 700-750 ° C in sintering machines and at about 900-950 °C in free sintering furnaces.
Self-brazing variants of All.in.one products are available for wire diamond beads manufacturers. A single heating process is enough to sinter beads and to braze them to their steel pins, dramatically simplifying their production methodology.
During the heating treatment in fact, diffusion phenomena from the core of the beads to the surface of steel pin favor the promotion of a circular brazing rim. A densification of about 98-99% is easily reached.
Main use: beads for quarries, cutting segments, diamond grinding wheels
