Edge Grinding, Polishing Abrasives

Fully automatic edge grinding machines are usually used to polish the edges of stairs, window sills, kitchen worktops or washbasins. A distinction is made between slide machines, which grind past the fixed workpiece, and belt machines, where the workpiece is guided past the polishing tools via a belt system. Both variants have similar problems: edges are not polished, haze formation and wavy grinding
