Diamond Saw
3A Diamond Saw produces circular saws for Concrete, Asphalt, Natural Stones and Ceramics. Production program 200 mm. 2000 mm from diameter. up to anchor. Its goal is to increase the daily production amount by cutting quickly.
When mounting the circular saw to the machine, the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow on the body must be observed.
Saws should be hung vertically from the belly button when not in use.
Before mounting the saws to the machine, the shaft and flange group must be clean.
The precision between the hub diameter and the shaft diameter in saws is 0.1 mm. must be within tolerance.
Flanges must be centralized. As the blade diameter increases, the flange diameter also increases. The minimum flange dimensions that must be observed depending on the saw diameter are shown in the table below.
