[Instructions]
1. Surface treatment
l The block surface should be clean, no mud, sand and oil or other impurities;
l Remove the big defects on the block surface such as the soil;
l Polish the sharp edges or corners on the blocks.

2. Prepare the glue and mix
l Mix the glue in A:B=1:1(by weight)and stir completely with the electric mixer, do not mix the apparatus of A and B. Do not pour the mixed glue back to the package;
l Please use up the glue within the pot life. The glue will be fever and is prohibited to use when beyond the pot life. Under 25~30℃, the mixed glue 3kg should be used up within 10 mins. The more of the glue mixed, and the higher of the temperature, the pot life is shorter.
l Do not mix the cap of A and B. Please seal the caps anytime in case the moisture and dash from the air.
l If temperature is very low, the glue will be thicker, heat up the glue in water bath to decrease the viscosity for a convenient use.

3. Spreading the glue
l The perfect temperature to spread the glue is 25-35℃, air humidity less than 75%;
l Scrape the glue back and forth, spread the glue evenly on the surface of the block;
l Wrap the block with the fiberglass mesh flatly and overlap should be more than 10cm;
l Press the fiberglass mesh to be block with the scrape, then spread the glue again on the fiberglass mesh.

4. Glue solidify
l Initial curing of the glue is in 2-3 hours at room temperature and can be proceed to next procedure after 24 hours;
l The operation temperature should not be lower than 5℃, when the temperature lower than 10℃, the curing speed will be slow down, we suggest to heat up to accelerate the curing speed.

5. Clean up
Please clean the apparatus with professional cleaner before the glue cured.
