Pro-Clean Disan - Surface Disinfectant

DESCRIPTION: Concentrated water based heavy duty sanitizing / disinfectant detergent.

recommended use: Suitable for all types of polished and honed and textured Natural and Quartz engineered stone, Porcelain, Ceramic, Terrazzo surfaces.

- Can be used for interior and exterior surfaces from garden walkways, patios to factory, office, domestic floor areas on a variety of surface finishes.

- Suitable for commercial / professional users.

- Extra strong concentrated detergent for Sanitizing floor surfaces.

- Does not affect any existing stone treatment as product is biodegradable.

PROPRIETIES:

PRO-CLEAN DISAN contains sodium hypochlorite for sanitizing the various surfaces.

Product do not need to be worked with scrubbing or scrubber dryer machine..

PRO-CLEAN DISAN is a controlled foam product.

APPLICATION

ALWAYS Test small area: - Determine your desired result by testing a discreet area.

Sweep, wipe or vacuum surface first to remove general soil and proceed with a complete cleaning to remove any dirt or stain.

We recommend to clean and degrease the surface with CLEAN SAN or PRO-CLEAN 04.

After the general cleaning, apply the desired solution of PRO-CLEAN DISAN.

Fast sanification (flooring / cladding):

Apply PRO-CLEAN DISAN diluted in water (1:20 or 1:15) by mop / brush or spray.

Allow product to work on clean area for 3 to 5 minutes, agitate solution with mop, brush or nylon pad depending on the surface textureand rinse with clean water.

Complete / strong sanificaiton (flooring / cladding):

Apply PRO-CLEAN DISAN diluted in water (1:20) by mop / brush or spray.

Allow product to work on clean area for 15 minutes and rinse with clean water.

Best result will be achieved after 45/60 minutes.

Manual surface sanification:

Dilute product in water 1:100 and spray on the surface to sanitize.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE DILUTIONS RATES WHEN USING PRODUCT FOR THE CORRECT RESULTS REQUIRED.

The information is purely a guide line only and may differ according to the porosity and textured finish of the floor surface and site conditions.

RECOMMENDATION:

We recommend protecting stain sensitive surfaces with “PLATINUM SOLVENT” Anti Stain solution and regular maintenance with “CLEAN SAN” or “WIPE & SAN” detergent.
