Rust Clean - Rust Remover Cleaning Detergent

DESCRIPTION: RUST REMOVER ACID BASED STONE CLEANER

Recommended use: HONED, FLAMED, TEXTURED, UNPOLISHED MARBLE, ENGINEERED QUARTZ AND NATURAL STONE, FLAGSTONE, CONCRETE PAVERS AND POLISHED GRANITE SLABS AND TILES.

DO NOT USE ON POLISHED MARBLE or POLISHED MATERIALS WHICH CONTAIN CALCITE

•Effective removal rust stains and discoloration or metal marks. Normally caused by a natural chemical reaction with metal minerals within the stone such manganese that oxidise due to excessive moisture water vapour /humidity.

•For interior and exterior use garden patios and paving stones.

•Flooring or Slab works.

Properties

Removes and dissolves heavy RUST STAINS on all types of surfaces.

APPLICATION

ALWAYS Test small area: Determine your desired result by testing a discreet area. Wet rust stain surface area with water before applying product solution onto the stone. Allow product to work between 30 to 45 minutes.

Agitate solution with nylon bristle brush depending on the surface texture. Do not allow product to dry.

In case of very stubborn rust discoloration repeat application using product diluted or pure and allowing longer contact 1 to 4 hours on granite surfaces.

On quartz engineered surfaces apply RUST CLEAN dilute 1:1 with water.

Once stains removed important to rinse thoroughly with PROCLEAN 04 diluted 1 part product to 2 parts water to remove any excess residues.

Dilution Rates:

NORMAL CLEAN - Mix 1 part product with 2 parts water (1:2)

HEAVY CLEAN - Mix 1 part product with 1 part of water (1:1) OR CONCENTRATED NO DILUTION FOR EXTREME INGRAINED RUST STAIN ON POLISHED GRANITES.

Important:

We recommend applying “PLATINUM” Anti Stain treatment to prevent future rust stains.
