Breton Multicut Integrex solution offers a 20% higher productivity thanks to the ”longitudinal” configuration of the spindle holding beam and the rapid suction cup system which lifts and repositions the longitudinal strips, thus making easier and faster the cut optimisation.

• Simultaneous positioning of all the spindles to step up productivity;

• Spindle-holding saddles on recirculating ball guides to ensure an utmost cutting accuracy;

• 7 sawing spindles with vertical movement controlled by a constantly moni-tored gearmotor paired to a recirculating ball screw-lead nut system;

• Automatic strip pick-and-place device with vacuum cups to optimize cutting.
