Zirconia Alumina P-Grit For Polishing wheel
Fused Zirconia abrasive grain is produced by putting rich aluminum, zirconium materials and additives in electric furnaces, smelting with high temperature above 2000°C, cooling down with special technology, and compacting with Barmac plastic, which has the characteristics of excellent self-sharpening ability, tenacious texture, dense structure and high strength.
Why Adopting Zirconia grain for abrasive tools instead of Aluminum oxide?
The significant characteristics of Zirconia grain are as below:
1.High toughness can increase the lifetime of abrasive cutting disc & grinding disc.
