Base Colore -Colouring Paste for Polyester and Epoxy Adhesives

BASE COLORE is a mixture of pigment in dispersion used for colouring the adhesives formulated by polyester resins and other thermosetting resins. The pigments used for the formulation are selected through a continuous and thorough research to ensure good characteristics of "wetting". Characteristic element in the selection of pigments is their non-toxicity.

Any kind of polyester and epoxy adhesive/glue

HOW TO USE

The paste-pigment must be mixed to the adhesive to be colored before applying the hardener/catalyst to the adhesive. Add to the adhesive/resin the quantity of colour to obtain the requested shade. Do not exceed 2-3% as a maximum dose of colour. Mix carefully and slowly in order to obtain a texture of even colour and to avoid the inclusion of air bubbles into the texture.

TECHNICAL DATA

The percentage/ratio of use depends on the required final effect or the “correction” to be made to the basic colour of the adhesive. The suggested maximum percentage/ration is in the ratio of 3% to keep unchanged the adhesive capacity of the adhesive/glue.

STABILITY

Stored and kept into the original sealed container, at temperature between 15°C (59°F) and 25°C (77°F), sheltered from direct sunrays, far from heat sources and free flames, the product has no problems of stability.

Ivory, Blue, White, Yellow, Grey, Brown (light, chocolate, dark), Black, Red, Red-Beige, Green Other eventual colours upon request and according to the quantity

PACKAGING

Plastic tube of 50 ml. (box of 16 tubes of the same colour)
