KS-4Z is an invigorating stain-resistant protective treatment with organic contact antacid properties with a brilliant effect. This product is used in particular for all substrates that require protection against acid corrosive substances, it can therefore be applied on carbonate-based and non-carbonate-based stone surfaces, such as tables, kitchen tops, vanity tops, shower interiors, as well as flooring and external cladding. . For the best resistance to aggressive acid contaminants, the support must be protected by a continuous film, in this way the support itself will be duly isolated and protected. The greater its thickness, the greater its resistance to contact over time. On low thickness films, the acid substances must necessarily be removed in the shortest possible time. The product itself can be used both on external and internal supports, it does not yellow over time. However, due to the necessary continuous film, the support may not be very breathable, for this reason it is not recommended to apply it to supports with high pressure humidity.

Application procedure

Perfectly clean and degrease the substrate to be treated and, before starting the application, check the absolute absence of water or humidity. For application on substrates that are not particularly glossy, therefore with smooth finishes from 220 to 400, distribute the product in small doses, taking care to spread it with a synthetic sponge roller in continuous and crossed passages, avoiding excessive pressure. Do not force drying by using fans or phones directly on the support. At least use heated and dehumidified environments in the absence of dust. Drying in 4/6 hours but it is preferable to wait 24 hours for maximum performance on the control of contaminants. During the use phase, avoid blades and blunt objects directly on the surface, in order to avoid gashes that could break the film and allow the transmission of oxidizing substances responsible for acid burns. Instead, for application on glossy substrates, use airless pump with high air volumes and a low amount of product.
