Grinidng wheels diamond is as-grown diamond, and it's also metal bond grinding diamond.
It shows amazing performance in metal bond and eletroplated applications in grinding fields, with complete shapes and various sizes.

GWD630


Characteristics: Both regular and angular crystals exist, medium-low toughness, with blocky shaped crytals,this shape improves the retention of the diamond and the matrix.

Applications: Applied in low demanding condition where sharpness is an essential requirement.

GWD650

Characteristics: Comparatively high portion of angular crystals , medium toughness.

Applications: Applied in relatively low demanding condition, such as beveling of glass and crystals, grinding carbide and magnetic materials, etc.

GWD670

Characteristics: Regular and blocky crystals, medium high toughness. Relatively high thermal stability and impact resistance.

Applications: Ideal to make grinding wheels, abrasive wheels to process medium load materials, like core drilling of glass, pencil edging and engraving decorative glass and crystal.
