Diamond/Cbn Grinding Wheels

Diamond/CBN grinding wheels (resin bonded, vitrified bonded, metal bond) can be talored accoding to your applications and requirements.

Resin Bond Grinding Wheels:

Characters:
1. High efficiency in grinding;
2. Excellent self-sharpening, lower temperature than other types during woking.
3. Very good for the surface of workpieces, mainly used in fine frinding, and polishing.

Applications:
Diamond grinding wheels: Machining for Tungsten Carbide, ceramics, magnetics, optical glass, semiconductor materials, wear resistance cast iron and all kinds of nonferrous materials, etc.
CBN grinding wheels: Mainly used in machining for high speed steel, die block steel, chisel tool steel, etc.



Metal bond grinding wheels:



Characteristics:
1. High grinding efficiency.
2. Strong retention for grains , and very good wear resistance.

Applications:
Mainly applied in processing quartz crystals, tungsten carbide, ceramics, glass, gems, ferrite, fefractory materials and hard brittle nonmetallic materials.


Vitrified Bonded Grinding Wheels:
