Description: Alpinina Topázio is a fine-grained beige limestone, with irregular reddish veinings, thin calcitic whitish veins and stylolites, fairly tectonized and recrystallized.

Recommended Use: Interior and exterior coatings. Interior floors.

Compressive strength after frost test: 1110 kg/cm² (109 Mpa)

Bending strength: 56 kg/cm² (5.5 Mpa)

Apparent density: 2700 kg/m³

Water absorption at atmospheric pressure: 0.1%

Open porosity: 0.4%

Thermal linear expansion coefficient (max. value): 4.0 X 10 ^-6 /ºC

Abrasion resistance (Amsler-Laffon): 4.6 mm / 200 m

Impact test - minimum fall height: 45 cm

Notes: No colour or structural changes on the samples were noticed after the 25 freeze-thawing cycles carried out.
