Crystal Marble-Crystallizer for Marble, Terrazzo

Water based emulsion of micro-crystal compounds and waxes ideal to restore the looking-glass shine of the floors of marble, terrazzo, marble agglomerates which lost the original glossiness and shine. The proceeding, even if not so long lasting as the traditional polishing system, is innovator and more ecological, practical, quick and economic. The obtained glossiness is long lasting and the maintenance interventions on the treated surfaces with the crystallization proceeding are quicker and easier.

MATERIALS Only for materials calcium carbonate based: marble, terrazzo, marble agglomerates, etc.

HOW TO USE First, verify the absence of serious defaults. Uneven floors or/and full of gaps or deeply scratched must be grinded/polished again by using abrasives of grain 400 or 600. Work only on dry floors. Spread on the floor small quantities of Crystal Marble and, using a single-brush equipped by a polishing pad for crystallization (like 3M pad silver colour or/and bronze colour); work by even rotating motion avoiding abrupt/sudden changes of direction of the machine or the movement in jerks. Treat small surfaces of 3-4 square meters (30-40 square feet) each time. Work with the single-brush machine until the product is completely absorbed and the floor is looking dry again. Avoid to use the polishing pads too much wet and replace them frequently (once dry they can be used again). The shine effect can be enhanced by a subsequent application of the special wax Monocera.

TEST Before the operations, make a test on a small surface (1-2 sq. meters) and verify the result 24 hours later. The treated area must be more shining and homogeneous in comparison with the not treated floor.

TECHNICAL DATA Consumptions vary according to the kind and condition of the floor and the shine grade requested.

STABILITY The product is an aqueous emulsion: CANNOT STAND THE FROST. Do not store the product at temperature lower than 5°C (41°F) and higher than 35°C (95°F); store in dry place and keep well closed the containers. These conditions respected the product is stable.
