EVER CLEAN -PROTECTING AGENT, SEALER, OIL and WATER REPELLENT, ANTI-INFILTRATION

Solvent based product with excellent deep penetration into stone surfaces, even with low porosity, penetrating deep for a significant ”anti-infiltration” effect. Does not noticeably change the surface appearance and the main physical and mechanical characteristics (hardness, conductivity, compression resistance, abrasion etc.) of the treated materials and leaves the stone’s natural transpiration action (vapour permeability) intact.

FUNCTION Oil and water repellent, anti-infiltrant, anti-stain, polymer impregnator. Protects the treated surfaces from external agents while preserving the natural properties of the stone (such as colour and transpiration ability) LINE PROTECTION PROFESSIONAL INDICATION Protects against water, oil and grease: makes the surface stain resistant by preventing the formation of spots. It doesn’t anyway protect against acid substances.

MATERIALS Recommended for all types of porous surfaces unfinished, polished, hammered-rough, flashed of marble, granite, natural stone, cement, limestone, terrazzo, slate, wall-covering, travertine roof tiles, flowers pots etc. Specially suitable and recommended for the treatment and protection of white and delicate marbles.

HOW TO USE Apply the undiluted product to clean, dry and free from greasy substances surfaces and allow to penetrate. Spread the product on area to be treated with clean cloth or tampon so that product uniformly covers surface, but avoiding that excess of product dries on the surface. For very porous materials, it may be necessary to repeat the procedure after the surface has dried.

TEST Testing a small, hidden area is recommended before application to determine compatibility between product and material, consumption, drying time and to verify appearance.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION Dries in 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the absorption level of the treated surface, the quantity of product applied and climatic conditions (temperature, relative humidity, ventilation, etc.). The protecting effect is fully operative after 24 hours from the last application.
