APPLICATIONS

SEAL K-23 is a water repellent that brightens and protects polished natural stone, marble and granite surfaces. SEAL K-23 is a water repellent with a solvent base which has a strong penetration capacity on all those polished stone materials it is used on. It has an intense revitalising effect on the natural and original shades of the treated materials, giving them a good “wet effect” and an excellent repellent penetration of the deep humidity making the surfaces treated water repellent and antidirt; allowing at the same time the natural respiration and giving the materials treated a high, gloss level and long-lasting water repellent capacity thanks to the presence of organosiloxane compounds

HOW TO USE

Dilution SEAL K-23 is used pure. Application: Clean the marble, granite and natural stone surfaces with water and neutral detergent. With surfaces clean and dry, apply SEAL K-23 uniformly impregnating the surface depending on its porosity, using a low-pressure spray gun or a clean, white cloth, lightly rubbing so as to facilitate penetration of the product; or use short fleece polish spreader pad or some other suitable means. After 20-30 minutes remove the excess product before it dries on the surface. To improve the final result, we recommend applying a second coat after 30-50 minutes using the same method as before, remembering to remove any surplus product. After 24 hours, the surface can be walked on and tops can be used for their usual purposes.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not use it on white or very clear marble. Always test on a small area to establish drying time and after drying, examine the aesthetic effect reached.

COVERAGE

Approx. 8 to 10 litres per 100m2 per coat depending on the porosity of the surface to treat.
