GOLDEN STONE WAX Priming and finishing treatment for surfaces made of slate, terracotta, marble, terrazzo, non-polished porous natural stones laid indoors or partly-covered surfaces laid outdoors.

APPLICATIONS

GOLDEN STONE WAX is a waxy emulsion based on the purest half-repolishable Carnauba waxes. It can be applied either as ground impregnator or as finishing coat to various surfaces, like: Slate, Marble, Palladiana, Terrazzo, Agglomerates, non-polished natural stone, Terracotta, nonvitrified klinker, non-polished porcelain stoneware and to any absorbent building materials. GOLDEN STONE WAX is a rich and homogenous wax with excellent in-depth properties and satin look finish. It is highly resistant to wear and foot traffic.

HOW AND WHY TO USE

After the ground washing using a properly diluted neutral detergent like DETERGON R3 (for natural stones), or an acidbased detergent like SANNY KAL (for terracotta, klinker and the like) and a careful rinsing cycle, wait until the floor is completely dry (or a bit damp in the worst of cases), before applying one coat of our waterbased oil and water-repellent IDROBASE 303. The treatment with GOLDEN STONE WAX can be started after 12 hours. Pour the quantity required into a basin and apply the product evenly using a wax-spreader or a short-haired roller. Three coats of GOLDEN STONE WAX should be applied, leaving 3 hours between each one. If a higher shine degree is required, just go over the treatment with a household polisher or a wooden cloth in order to remove foot step marks. Maintenance: For regular maintenance, just dilute 1-2 glasses of GOLDEN STONE WAX in 5-6 litres of water and spread the obtained solution using a mop with a very thin cloth, a wax spreader or another suitable instrument. The ideal neutral detergents to be applied for daily cleaning are DETERGON R3 or ACHYTER. Useful advices: Never put unused product back into the drum. Do not apply GOLDEN STONE WAX at temperatures below 15-20° C. COVERAGE 4-5 litres every 100 sq.m. each coat depending on the type of flooring and absorbency of the material, as well as on the desired finish.

WARNING

The packed product fears cold at temperatures below 10° C. Although GOLDEN STONE WAX is not a dangerous product, we recommend to keep it far from pets or furniture and out of the reach of children. N.B.: GOLDEN STONE WAX should not be applied to fully uncovered outside surfaces. GOLDEN STONE WAX can be applied to partly covered outdoor surfaces, provided they are slightly inclined outwards.
