APPEARANCE Thixotropic paste of neutral colour (transparent-matt)
COLOURS Wide range of colours. Available in most standard RAL colours
PACKAGING side-by-side cartridge 250 ml. (A+B) mixing ratio A:B=10:1
PREPARING THE SURFACE The pieces to be treated/glued must be porous, dry, free from dust, loose parts and alien substances MIXING Predetermined dosing and automatic during the extrusion from the cartridge.
APPLICATION Direct application with mixing in the special mixer during extrusion (or with a spatula or by spreading) We recommend an application temperature between +10°C and +30°C / +50°F and 86°F TEMPERATURE OF APPLICATION DO NOT apply at temperature lower than 10°F / 50°F.
THICKNESS The best adhesive characteristics are obtained with adhesive thicknesses from 0.2 to 0.4 cm.
CONSUMPTION 250-700 gr/m² SPECIFIC ADVICE During processing and during hardening, styrene is developed, protect hands with impermeable gloves and ventilate well the environment to reduce the inhalation of vapours: For further information about safety consult the safety data sheet. High temperatures (>30°C/>86°F) accelerate the reaction and decrease the adhesion and can cause a strong darkening of the mastic. Low temperatures (<5°C/<41°F) slow down the reaction and can cause superficial greasiness Frost and thaw, strong and frequent changes in temperature or humidity reduce mechanical resistance The hardened adhesive can only be removed mechanically
